I help them to change their core reality. The core is inbedded in one's subconscious, but works collaboratively with the mind. The heart feels, heals, and hears. I guide people to tap into their feelings for a shared responsive result of clear manifestation between subconscious, heart, and sea of the mind. When one is one with the universe and source (it provides) coming from within one's own galactical portals, that is when innovation begins. So, you see whatever is needed, desired, wanted is already there. The wanting of it, gets you to that beacon of hope. But, is it hope, happiness, or believing? Is it abstract or absolute proof? Only you can define your destiny. Thereby, often times the subconscious can leave a person with self sabotaging tendencies, lack of worth, feeling blocked or stuck. One's journey should be effortless and a path of least resistance. I help people tap into their energy source, align with the universe, and discover their own gifts. I help people who are ready. Overtime, their awareness and wisdom is strengthened. I help woman to "Find the Goddess within". I help men become "Like Flowing Water" find balance, and for all to connect to the light for vibrational foresight. There isn't a name for my gifts, they simply are gifts that I love to share. Defining Innovation, new ideas, new method, new product, etc. comes with transformation. Many people are born with the ability to lead. Many more are not shown the skills to lead and succeed. Accountability is measured in the outcome, not in the process. It takes discipline and a host of other factors to be a leader. The system in which one works is key. But, ones personal system is most important. The behaviors of women leaders are much more different than men's depending on the industry. The tone of voice, body language, demands vs. commands, measurements used to meet goals, and more. I help businesses, corporations, groups, organizations, industries, establish political and business strategy, and more. I help with leadership skills, work ethics, diversity, and accountability. Also, I help folks gain leadership skills starting from the bottom of the hierarchy matrix while working simultaneously with the top of the pyramid in order to create a middle way of harmony. The mission and purpose must be practiced daily while continuing daily operations. Systems people must be clear, competent, and communicative. The overall energy and image must match the entity in which you represent. For example, ever to a five star restsurant or hotel that was really a one star. Yes, the physical energy is proof of the treatment of customers, clients, patients for medical field, and overall business dealings. Do you know who you work with without being invasive? Do you care? The heart of the company is in the heart of the people that work there, and the outcome is in the heart of the people you distribute, service, bill, etc. Innovative harmony can happen and it will. I have experience working with over 200 departments, organizations, agencies, companies, labor unions, etc for many years.
